## How is this different from a chat assistant? Chat is where you coordinate with a Senior. The work lives in project artifacts with versions, sources and review history, so a useful result does not disappear into a transcript. ## Who is NoteG+ for? Production teams and creators who want to direct, inspect and revise the work. You can bring an established practice or develop one with a Senior's help. The creative decisions remain yours. ## Where does my material live? Material is stored in the cloud within your Organization and its projects. Project access separates working contexts; Private and Co-Working Spaces serve different sharing needs. This pilot is not a promise of a particular regional hosting location. ## Can an agent publish or approve on my behalf? An agent's proposal does not become approved truth on its own. Human authority governs review and publication. Delegating execution does not silently transfer your right to the final decision. ## Which models do you use, and who chooses? The Organization owner chooses providers and models for roles in the workspace. Available choices depend on the Organization's configured provider connections and capabilities. Ask about the exact setup for your pilot. ## Who is the author of a version? A version records its Human or Senior author and retains its history. Internal execution does not acquire a separate public creative credit. You remain responsible for what you accept and publish. ## Do I need to learn prompting? You can give direction in the language of your profession: story, composition, rhythm, continuity or production needs. Your Senior helps clarify intent. You still need to make creative decisions; a preset is not a substitute for judgement. ## Can I work directly on the material? Yes. Studio surfaces let you work directly on creative material as well as discuss changes with your Senior. Changes belong to the same project and its version history. ## How do I check a screenplay breakdown? Inspect the facts alongside the script and follow their references back to the text. Review proposals before accepting them. A generated inference is not automatically a production fact. ## What happens when I hand off work and close my laptop? Cloud work that has been durably accepted can continue without an open browser. A conversational promise is not proof of acceptance. Finish uploads first, and confirm what has been accepted; steps requiring an open Studio cannot be assumed to continue. Human decisions remain waiting for you, and completion by a particular time is not guaranteed. ## What happens if part of the work fails? Your Senior should explain what is complete, what is missing and what decision or source is needed next. A partial result is not a completed deliverable. Check the saved material and its state before treating it as final. ## What about the EU AI Act? Provenance supports transparency; it is not a compliance certificate. Article 50 includes transparency duties for certain AI systems and content, with specific treatment for evidently creative works. The right disclosure depends on the material and its publication context. Review those obligations for your production before publication.
